I was looking at 8th continent and saw that the light milk uses artificial sweeter...have anyone had the fat free original. Is that safe? I read the ingredients and it doesnt have artificial sugar in it, but I wasnt sure about the rest of the ingridients. Please advise.

Thanks,
Abby

I haven't tried the fat free version, but the amount of artificial sweetner is so miniscule that it does not bother me.

Before anyone says "But how do you know it doesn't bother you?" I'll just say that I've been drinking it for a little over two years and I've never had a problem.

However, I totally understand if you don't want to use the lite version.

I'd say try the FF version and see how it goes.

thanks...I read the back of the label and it didnt have any artificial sweetners in it. Just wondering why the light would have artificial sweetner but the Non Fat Version does not?

It took me a long time to notice 8th continent light had sucralose in it. It is at the very end. It doesn't take much of that stuff! I stopped drinking it.
