Hi everyone I am not feeling very well today and I'm on the diet I actulley went 1 month with out having a attack but early today I wasn't feeling very well and I had a bm then about an hour later i "blow up" two times and now I feel a little bit better I didn't have any pains or cramping and i am taking bentyl so I just was wondering if this was a attack or maybe something I ate or what it could have been any help I would appericate it. thanks

I tried the new cron chips by guiltless gourment and I have some tomatoe sauce puree in my food process. and 2 strawberrys but i ate them with some peaches. Would it have been any of them?????? Thanks!

I can't tell you if it was an attack, only because we all work differently, and I don't feel what you feel. It very well may have been unless you have caught something that will give you those symptoms.
What I'd like to mention is that going for an entire month w/o any problems is great! It's easy to get frustrated when we do have issues, but focus on the times that you don't.
