Veggies have always been pretty gassy for me, but I love salads and I am really cravy a salad with grilled chicken!!! Can someone please tell me the best types of veggies to use in a salad and how I should prepare it to have the least amount of gas? Also what type of salad dressing is safe?

Thank you!

The best way is to use baby greens and avoid iceberg lettuce. Then grill mushrooms and chicken. The mushrooms will help. Have bread with it. Any low fat dressing that does not have dairy or HFCS is safe. I make vinaigrette with vinegar, water and a little olive oil sometimes. There are a few storebought options but not many.
