Guys I am really craving cheese and need a brand that is casein free because I'd rather not chance it. Oh yeah let me know if it is good. Thanks for your input!

Hi, I love cheese too. Have you ever tried soy cheese? I once bought a package from the produce section of my local grocery store. I don't remember the name but it was something like "veggie slices". I thought it tasted pretty good but my husband hated it...
I'm having hard time giving up dairy. Did you feel major improvement after you quit eating it?

Try this: Lisanatti - The Original Almond Mozzarella Style
I've been melting it for grilled "cheese" sandwiches on sourdough----yum! I've eaten lots of regular cheese for years and I hated giving it up and this almond cheese melts and tastes satisfying.

The veagan gourmet cheese is awesome, I get it at whole foods, the monterey jack is really convincing!
