Hi. I need your advice on if I should stick with my citracel and Fennel seed capsules or if I should order the ones from this website. Is there a chance the acacia would work a lot better?
If so, would I need both the acacia and the peppermint capsules? How would I fit those into my day.
(By the way, I hate tea. Otherwise I'd get that, too.)
Please let me know your thoughts on if it would be worth it to purchase from this site and also how I would use those products (dosage, timing).
Thanks so much.

I use acacia and I love it. Very effective for me.

I find it so effective too but on saying that I haven't ever tried any other supplements so can't tell you whether acacia works better than others. I would DEFINITLEY recommend it though, if you're not finding your original supplement that effective

Exactly what do you mean by "stablized"? I have been eating the IBS diet and taking acacia fiber, using fennel tea, and peppermint caps. I have seen improvements, but I still get morning diarhea. I divide my dosage of acacia into 4 times a day. I also use a proper measuring teaspoon. I have worked up my dosage to 5 and a half tsps. a day.

Being stable means something different for everyone. It's basically when you're symptoms are under control enough for you to resume "normal" activities and not have problem BMs.
