Are corn chips soluble or insoluble fiber. I have not been tolerating that well so I think they may be insoluble. Thanks.

Hi Andrew, I can't eat corn chips because they are fried and I can't tolerate anything fried. If it's not baked or roasted, I don't eat it

If you're buying the regular fried ones, that might be what's bothering you. They might be a SF/IF combo. The only "safe" ones I can find are from Guiltless Gourmet. They're baked and very low fat. I eat them with hummus or bean dip - on an empty stomach! So they must be mostly SF.

I'm pretty sure you have to buy them at a HFS. They're baked corn chips, and there are several different flavors. Yummy and low fat!
