Acacia question

Hopefully this hasn't been asked before...
At 1tsp of acacia per day, I don't have D. But at 1/1/2 or 2tsp per day I get really constipated. If I keep increasing the amount, should the constipation work itself out? Help!

That is a really small amount of acacia, so I doubt that is what's causing the change in BMs. The more likely cause would be diet and/or exercise. Acacia allows you to eat more IF; you need to increase IF and decrease SF as you increase acacia. But SLOWLY!

It's so easy to get frustrated since there's no "one" formula for everyone. And to get it right you need to add one food at a time to see how they work with your body- And real life doesn't allow alot of extra time to experiment! Does anyone else just want to throw up their hands sometimes?

Yes!! It can be sooo frustrating!! Sometimes you are going along just fine then...BAM!...It hits! Even if you haven't done anything differently. It makes you want to scream!
