Hello I was wondering why people with IBS can only have 2 tbsp of Citrucel a day when on the container it says you can have up to 3 tbsp. daily. Wouldn't that help me to have 3 tbsp. since I have severe c? Thanks

Hi - You can have a good 12-15 grams of a soluble fiber supplement per day. This is going to vary from supplement to supplement in terms of volume (tablespoons). Honestly, the more fiber you can eat each day the better, unless you take things to a serious extreme. Just work up gradually, drink plenty of water, and listen to what your own body tells you.
