I have been looking high and low for a product with soluble fibres but most people in naturefoodstores look completely stunned when they find out there are two kinds of fibres, here in Holland. Lots of awareness to bring to this country

After a while there was one girl that thought "Vlozaad" might be soluble but she wasnt sure. I dont know the English term but after some searching I found the Latin one: Plantago psyllium. Is this also a good substitute? Are there other plants that will do good? (Latin names are safest i think with the language difference) Or do you know the Latin name of Acacia so i can ask for that?

Thank you very much in advance for helping.
Natalia

Getting it shipped cost me far too much. (40 dollars for 1kilo if i did calculte right) I would love to be able to buy it but Im a poor student and i cant work of the severity of my IBS atm. My BF already works his butt of while studying to make sure we have a house and food.
