I don't know what to do. I try to eat several small meals during the day, but I'm still hungry after each and eat another, and another (especially at night). Then I feel bloated and horrible. You would think it's just a matter of willpower, but I just don't know what my problem is. I do take cortisone daily which tends to make one hungry. I hate feeling bloated and yucky. I wish a small meal would satisfy me.
Maybe I'm not really eating as often as I should. Like today I ate breakfast (Heather's choclate cake) and lunch(1/2c rice with tiny bit of chicken and peas), then tonight I ate three bowls of dinner. Each was (1/2c rice with tiny bit of chicken and peas).
Today was my first day. Maybe I'm just stressing over figuring it all out.

You're stressing just a little... which is fine, too, you know. It's a lot of stuff to try, do, and remember! Don't discount that!
But really? It sounds to me like you're honestly just not eating enough. Eating small meals is a good thing, but if you're eating small meals, you need to figure on 6-7 of them a day, rather than the traditional breakfast-lunch-dinner triad. You might also try making your portions a leeetle bit bigger. "1/2 cup of rice with a tiny amount of chicken and peas" sounds more like a snack than a meal. Which is fine, but you should then plan on eating again in the next 1-2 hours.
Actually, that's kind of a good guideline. I go longer between meals now, but when I was first working on stabilizing, I ate something every 2 hours, even if just a small snack. It's really not a bad habit to get into - food IS more easily digested that way.
