Is ketchup ok to eat as long as it has no dairy, we don't have HFCS over here so thats not a problem. Only I cant handle tomatoes in dishes especially tinned tomatoes but vwondered if because they're sort of pureed they're easier to handle. Anyone else not be able to eat tinned tomatoes but can handle ketchup? Thanks guys.

I am very stable now, but for the first year, I could handle fresh tomatoes and ketchup, but canned/bottled or cooked tomato sauces were bad news. You are not alone!

just a quick note--some ketchup overe here in the UK has artificial sweeteners (for example-ASDA does), so pay attention to that! But, otherwise ketchup and I get along great!

I still have a bad reaction to catsup. I cannot handle canned tomatoes or tomato sauces/tomato products. I can, however, handle a tomato (fresh, organic) most days--finally! Weird, I know--but we all have certain tolerance levels!
Ironically, I don't have a problem with chile peppers/hot peppers--thank goodness!!!
