I'm looking to eat a new fruit (currently only eating bananas). Looking at papayas or mangos. Is there a particular type I should buy?

Soy is on the SF list, so the milk should be SF too.

The regular mangos in the store are good but hard to get a nice ripe one in winter. Papayas are tough to buy out of season. Also you could try canned peaches; they are very easy to tolerate. You should add IF fruits and veggies in to your diet. As Heather says, "Please do eat them!"

"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I live in Florida so we have more fruit here throughout the winters. Thanks for the advice.
