I DRINK FENNEL TEA, DO EVERYTHING PRESCRIBED IN THIS DIET, DO NOT HAVE DAIRY, WHEAT, ALCHOHAL, SUGAR- TAKE PROBIOTICS, ETC ETC. IT WONDER IF ANYTHING HELPS? ANOYNE ELSE BATTLING W/ GAS???????

Unfortunately I think that is a big part of my IBS problem, I rarely has gas, I can't pass gas or burp.....I feel if I could like most normal people my digestive tract wold be bette....When I do get some gas, I use GasX and Heather's Peppermint caps....

Is it inside with bloating? It sort of feels like huffing and puffing in your tummy. Or do you fart alot? Thats the best word I can use.

The fennel tea did not work for me, but Yogi Teas' "Stomach Ease" tea did. Are you using Acacia? If not, start! The self-hypnosis program also helped a LOT with my gas and bloating.
How many meals per day do you eat? Another cause of gas for me is eating too much at once. I try to limit my meals to about 1.5 cups of food, and I eat every three hours or so. This helps keep things "moving"!
