Wow. Just wanted to comment that I bought this brand and flavor and at first I actually didn't like it. I think it was too "frozen" if that makes sense, I put it in the microwave a bit and then couldn't stop eating it! Anyhow, I read that it has 13 grams of fat per serving, which is 1/2 cup. A total treat I guess. I was wondering how many of you out there eat it and how much do you eat. I had to put it down b/c I am on a sweet tooth binge this month. It started with the little holiday "cheats" of the real deal and now I'm trying to be strict with no triggers whatsoever but 13 grams of fat doesn't sound like a good start even if it's IBS safe!

This is my FAVORITE Soy Delicious flavor! I love it! I have a hard time stopping myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting. Usually I try to limit myself to 1/4 - 1/2 cup after dinner. It is high in fat, but you should be fine if you eat it in small amounts and after a meal. Enjoy!

I bought that one, and I LOVE chocolate, but it was just too rich for me. And I didn't like the high fat content. I REALLY like the one that tastes just like oreo cookie ice cream - and it has way less fat!!
