New here, IBS-D for 11 years

Hi, my name is Kristi, I'm 24 and have had IBS-D since I was 13. I have two children ages 2 and 6 months and the only time I have ever had relief from IBS is when I am pregnant. It completely disappears along with my lactose intolerance. I followed Heather's diet before my last child and until just recently. It worked for me but I had a very strong fear of food and eating because of the pain associated with it. I just wanted to say that you all have been a great help to me for recipes and just reading your posts for support.
On November 25th, I was completely healed through Jesus Christ for my IBS. I owe that to Angela for helping me to completely believe. I have absolutely no more pain and I can eat whatever I want. No more mucous, no more car rides gripping the side of the seat, no more checking labels for fat grams or lactose containing ingredients, no more fear,no more pain, I'm free. And all of you have that available to you.

Hi kristie, welcome to the board. I am so happy for you for being healed. My mother-in-law was healed by jesus several years ago. I have thought this many a time but have never taken that thought any farther. I wouldnt know how to go about it. I am proud of you taking that step. May God continue to bless and keep you well. Gail
