I was doing great for awhile, I was stable and happy, I don't know what I did wrong but I am having terrible attacks, I am affraid to eat anything, so i haven't really, and then when I do, it is definitly not alotand I still have a bubbly tummy. I have been trying to just drink lots of peppermint tea. could it be possible I'm overdoing it?

Have you tried the "Breaking the Cycle" diet?

I suggest looking at and temporarily eliminating some of the processed foods you're eating (as opposed to the "whole foods" like fruits, vegetables). A manufacturer may have changed a formulation.

As an example, my DH is lactose-intolerant and we figured out recently that Publix is now putting lactose in their store brand non-dairy creamer... he was suddenly getting bellyaches every morning. (Since he doesn't have IBS he still drinks coffee).
