Antidiarrheals hiding effects of acacia? How much SF is enough?

Sorry for a similar post to earlier...

I've been taking Lomotil and Imodium while increasing the quantity of Acacia fiber since I began several months ago. I am now up to 26g (a bit over 3 Tbsp) Acacia taken over 12 hours and in three separate doses throughout the day. I'm wondering how I can tell when the SF is working and at what amount to stop, since the antidiarrheals seem to mask any telltale signs. Will there be an obviously larger amount of bulk, or will the SF increase the number of bowel movements despite the effects of the antidiarrheals? And is it possible to consume too much soluble fiber, at least in the form of Acacia? Thanks.

You can try to decrease your meds to see how it's affecting you.
