Can too much Heather's cause burning?

Hi - I am on some pain medications which is causing constipation. I have increased my amount of Heather's to compensate for this, but I am having burning with a BM. Is it a possibility that I am using too much fiber?

I don't know about the fiber but I've had a small amount of burning with BM when I took the older peppermint capsules.

I checked the on-line ordering and I don't see what has that specific name. Heather sells:
Acacia - Heather's Tummy Fiber
Peppermint - Peppermint Tummy Tea
Fennel - Fennel Tummy Tea
Are you taking one of those or is there a different product I'm missing?

Tummy Care what? Peppermint tea, fennel tea, or the acacia soluble fibre?
Tummy care is the Brand of products.

Is it still happening? The Acacia should not cause buring. Maybe it was or is something you are eating, or maybe you are allergic to the acacia.
