I started using the Acacia fiber, two to three 1/2 teaspoons a day. I am having a lot of gas, bloating and more constipation than normal.....is this a regular thing to happen or do I have a unique problem? My body has never been able to handle fibers but I thought I would try Acacia, I feel like I'm not having luck with it either. Does anyone else have these complications?

That seems like a lot to start with. Have you read Heather's post-it about Acacia usage on the opening Message Boards page? You have to start it slowly...low dosages

Try starting with 1/4 teaspoon once or twice a day. Then after a few days or a week, increase it by 1/4 teaspoon, etc. Remember to drink lots of water through out the day.
