I don't take it daily, if i did it would be a mess. I only take it once in a while, when things are rock hard or when things aren't too soft already, without the miralax. I am soft a lot even without mirilax.

Just curious, how did the Acacia help better than the Fibersmart? With what symptoms or in what way?

How much were you taking of each?

thanks, as always!

the fibresmart i was taking one scoop a day and did well with it, but the acacia seemed to help diminsh the gas and bloating more than the fibresmart, though both helped me get regular.i was using 3 tbsp a day of acacia before i stopped using it and it worked great for me, just a real pain to order and wait for delivery whereas the fibresmart is available everywhere.

You were taking 15 grams fiber of Acacia, but only 3 grams fiber of fibersmart? And had same regularity with both?

Fibersmart didn't increase the gas and bloat did it? Acacia was actually reducing your bloat/gas?

i had a diferent scoop that i was using, so technically i was taking 2 scoops so 6 grams of fiber, but it is 50/50 soluble insoluble, so it seemed to make me just as regular, but the acacia helped reduce the gas and bloat better. Also the fibersmart has a few added beneficial herbs and probiotics which is nice for most people but i am very sensitive to herbs so for a while i wondered if it agreed with me or not, but i adjusted, it takes me a week or two for my body to accept new supplements, for th efirst week i usually feel really weird or crappy, but i have learned that i have to give my body the 2 weeks to know for sure.
