My husband and I are headed to Paris next friday for a week to celebrate our honeymoon. I'm a little nervous about keeping my ibs in check with eating such different types of food! Any suggestions?
One thing you can count on is French bread! I just went to Europe last month, and although we didn't go to Paris, we did go to Cannes. There and everywhere else we went they always had plenty of bread and seafood.
