hiya, anyone from uk have weetabix? don't know if you can get it in the US, but it's wholegrain wheat and was just wondering if it would be ok to have every now and then? it has wheat bran in it also and I heard this irritates the digestive tract or something
what does anyone think? I could just fancy some it's all these ads!!! darn media making me crave stuff lol

I lived in the UK for about a decade. Weetabix was on my definitely do not eat list. As you can see from the nutrition list there are 10 grams of fibre per 100 gram of Weetabix. More importantl 7.7 grams of the fibre are IF and 2.3 grams are SF. Far too much total fibre and IF to be safe

Yep that's me, I find it useful to know of others in the uk too cos we can swap tips on food we can buy. Sometimes I read about us brands and I'm like hmm what's that in the uk?
Holland and barretts are good, yesterday mam bought me some soy mozorella style cheese and some yummy 'chocolate beans' just like smarties
