What's Durum wheat?
is this refined wheat, that u talk about in pasta? cuz it on all the pasta packets that i pick up...
i had a Pasta ready in 8 minutes thing tonight...
i had a muphin before it tho.... so i didn't really get to enjoy it...

Hi - durum is a type of wheat, and it's considered the best variety to make pasta with. Pasta is almost always made from refined durum wheat - if it's not refined, the label will say "whole wheat". So just regular pasta, made from durum (or semolina) wheat should be just fine.

I totally agree with Shanna. Not only do you look like an angel but you are one to all of us who have been suffering from this disorder with little support from Drs and friends who try to be supportive but end up sounding like they are minimizing your symptoms. Bringing us all together at this website is such a powerful boost of support! We all love you Heather!
