Let's see...the box says, 5 lightly sweetened whole grains. Ingredients are: whole grain corn, whole grain oats, brown sugar, whole grain barley, whole grain rice, whole wheat, corn starch, corn bran, salt, canola oil, and a bunch of vitamins. Cant be a lot of canola oil though, theres 1 gram of fat per serving, and it says 3 dietary fiber, although Im not sure how that breaks down.

This doesn't have fiber in it, at least not that I know of but I seem able to tolerate Frosted Flakes. I wouldn't over do it though, just in case.
