Lisa Marie,

I feel the same as you do when having an attack:
"When it's actually happening (an attack), it's not something I want to talk about. I want to try to ignore it and hope that it goes away quickly. Especially since we were OUT for a change! We NEVER go anywhere! So I didn't want to ruin anything". I thank God for such a supportive, loving and understanding husband, but I wish I could do more for him and with him. Same goes for my sweet, wonderful daughter.

I have been taking 1 tsp of the Mag. Calm for the last two nights and I been going more than usually. Today my stool was very loose, it wasn't watery, but loose. I also started eating more IF and increasing my flax seeds in the morning since my stool was getting hard last week. Do you think is the Calm making me go more/loose with just 1 tsp? or Do you think is my IF increase causing it?

Thank you for advice, info and help always.

Blessings,
Abi

Thanks, Abi

1 tsp doesn't sound like much, but it could be a combination of everything you're doing. At least you're seeing a difference! What I've read from others on here regarding Natural Calm is that you're supposed to increase until you just barely start to get D, then back off a little bit. I think I'm going to increase to at least 3 tsp tonight. I'm feeling SO FAT right now. I hate this feeling. It makes me not want to eat dinner, but I have to because DH needs to eat, too, and all of our meals are based on MY dietary needs. So I feel guilty if I come home and don't want to eat when I'm the one who dictated what we're eating. Does that make any sense at all??

Thank goodness I have an appointment with my therapist on Friday...

Thanks so much for the replies! I feel much better today... I needed to sleep it off... it's just so strange that I used to get sick in the mornings now it's at night... i wonder what that means in aryuveda- they find meaning in everything that our body does- very cool and interesting!!!
i love this board! such great support!
i can't eat at any resturants any more.. they all make me feel really sick. i attribute it to not knowing what they cook with, espeically oils and [censored]!
