Is this Hempseed Organic bar safe for IBS-C?

Contains:Sunflower seeds, honey, shelled hempseeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, may contain traces of peanuts.

If you have problems with fructose then honey can be a problem.
A 100 grams of honey contains about 1 gram of sucrose, 36 grams of glucose and 41 grams of fructose.

Is fructose mainly a concern for D or does it affect C as well? Debbie IBS - not sure what to label myself as - I never fully evacuate but I go everyday little bits.

it has a lot of IF, but if you are stable you can give it a try, just chew it really , really well and if you take enzymes take some. I love my favorite treat that i make myself is dried dates, dried cherries and choped almonds all squished together and rolled into balls. there is way more dried fruit than nuts in there though.

It can affect C, D and A. In fact large amounts of fructose can affect non-IBSers too.

Do you mean it can make C worst? I'm trying to find a good snack that helps me gain weight and high in IF to help me go...What do you guys recomend? Can I snack on seeds and nuts? Which ones are better and safer for IBS-C?

to add IF and gain weigth the bar you mentioned sounds good, i would go for it , its very natural and full of good things, i hate the luna bars they are full of all sorts of junk/
