This is a new product here in England - could anybody tell me if it is safe to eat, it contains soluble oat fibre and wholegrain oats. Thanks for any advice.

OATBIX ingredients

Wholegrain Oats (88%), Sugar, Prebiotic Oligofructose (5.2%), Salt, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Folic Acid

The ratio of SF/IF looks good but it does contain oligofructose sometimes called Fructo Oligo Saccharide (FOS). Some people have reported having difficulties with it. I know I cannot tolerate any probiotic containing FOS.
