Yes, I understand that sluggish feeling - I agree - I am not D and I am not really C as I do go every day but I am incomplete - I absolutely hate it . I am trying to drink more water as I think that I am slack in this department.

Try taking an OTC (Over The Counter) stool softener routinely as directed on the bottle. These are not at all expensive.
I seriously doubt you will have this problem any more after a week or two, yet keep taking them routinely to keep your stools moving along in a healthy and more comfortable way.
Hope this helps.

What you need is a soluble fiber supplement. whatever you do, don't use laxatives! I know that from experience.
-------------------- IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
