I basically eat bread only. Very sensitive. Over the last few weeks though I have trying new things. I am able to eat plain baked potatoes (minus the skin), tried rice (did so so), and this weekend I tried pretzels. My question is how slow do I need to go when trying new foods? Should I wait a couple of days, one day, one week between each? I want to try english muffins and saltines soon but how long should I wait?

When I started adding new foods in, I tried new IF things about every other day... every day, if they were SF foods (like pretzels). I tend to react almost immediately if I eat something I shouldn't, so that was plenty of time for me.

Be careful with English muffins - most brands contain dairy.
