Hi,
I just read that vitamins are not a good idea for people with IBS. What about the vitamin waters? Does the same rule apply to those too?
Does anyone have problems drinking gatorade or juice drinks?
Thanks, Jazmin

I take vitamins without any problems. Everyone is different. There are many on here who can't take them, some just take a multivitamin, others take baby vitamins. You have to see how your body consistenly reacts to them.
I won't go near the energy juice drinks like Red Bull because they contain stimulants life caffeine, or caffeine like ingredients. If you need more energy you're better off taking Vitamin B12.

most gatorade and juice water drinks will have vitamins and tons of fake and real sugars, they are usually not the nest option, it took me many different tries to find a multi vit that didn;t make me nauseous, but i finally found one, its called only one and it is by new chapter, some other people here take alive by natures way, if you have a less sensitive tummy you can try that one first as it has lots of fruits veggeis and herbs in it, where as the only one, th eone i take is just vitamins, but in whole food form so they are easily recognized and absorbed by the body.

Thank you for recommending these. I bought the One Only for Women. This is the first vitamin EVER that does not make me nauseus.
