Ok - i have the book now.

Many of the meals are simply not me, however I'm going to attempt to modify the recipes, or take as many ideas as I can from them.

I was wondering, if i was to make bread, or a batch of snacks... how long could I keep them for?

Well if your making bread shelf life can be up to 2 weeks refrigerated and 1 week outside of course in a sealed container or ziploc bag. You can freeze it and date it for up to 2 months and when thawed last about 4-7 days. Snacks what kind? Remember is your using fresh fruit in your bread the shelf life will be a bit less. I'm sure there will e mor comments on this. Good luck baking.
