seem slike it would be safe, but also seems like it will be of little use, it has some herbs that are nerve calming, but drinking chamomile teawill do that. Careful witrh herbs, i find whole herbs hurt me while tinctures or teas don't, if you want something for stress and nerves you can try some homeopathics like calms forte or nereel by a company called heel.

In what ways the herbs in this product can hurt me?

I posted another message about a homeopathic medicine. When/if you read it, can you tell me if that one is a good one to take?

Thank you always for your great replies, info and help.

Blessings,
Abi

they can't hurt you in the sense that you will in serious trouble, for me the time i got herbs in capsule form they just gave me ibs attacks, but that is me and i am really sensitive, i had to try like 30 multi vitamins before i found one that didn't make me nauseous. The homeopathics you metion are good ones, especially the nux vomica, homeo worked for me for a bit, but i plateaud pretty quickly and did better with herbs, but overall i went back to the AD's after 2 years of trying natural methods as i did manage to get my tummy in a dcent state, the anxiety and ocd all came back over the course of my 2 natural method years.

I have been bad about ever taking vitamins because they make me nauseated. I am wondering what kind you found.

Here is a list of the supplements Miso uses. web page The vitamin is called Only One by New Chapter. I've also heard good things about the product "Alive".

Are you a C or a D?

Thanks. I need to try it. I am not officially diagnosed, but my problem is C (or more frequently tending to C, little hard "rabbit tails" as my mom used to call them). I don't get full blown C very often, thank God.

Miso or anybody that knows,
The inactive ingredients for the homeopathic medicine I mentioned are sucrose and lactose. Is that still safe for IBS-C?

Thank you !

not safe for IBS. sucrose is just sugar.

Do you know of anyone with IBS whom this has helped?

My naturopath doc told me it helps the feeling/pain of incomplete evacuation and with the urge to go even when your bowels/rectum is empty.

Should I try it? I'm in pain anyway, so....

there is a very low amount of lactose in homeopathic pills, i have taken them without problem, but everyone is different, i would say give them a try as they have the potential to help quite a bit if they are the right ones for you.
