Beano is a digestive enzyme so I think you might be taking similar products. I don't think it will harm you, but it's best to ask your doctor or pharmacist just to be on the safe side.
its fine. just more enzymes, could make no difference ir could make digestion better, you can also take your enzymes on an empty stomach is you have any inflammation in your body as enzymes control many reactions in your body.
