They are unsulphured(not sure what that means). Ingredients:Papaya and sugar
23g of sugar per serv size: 2 pcs Fiber: 1g Carbs:35g
I also would like to know if unsulfured 100% Organic dried pineapple are safe for IBS ?
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me always.
Blessings, Abi

I find that papaya is safe for me to eat, but it must be very soft or pureed. For the pineapple, I don't eat it right now, because it seems very stringy and hard to digest, even if it is canned. Hope this helps!

Thank you Life.is.Random ! I also eat papaya for breakfast, they say it's good for digestion/enzymes. I was hoping to be able to snack on the dry papaya between meals. I thought it would be safe since is only papaya with some sugar on it. What do you think?

I think that definitely would be fine! I get bottled papaya from Trader Joe's and puree it to make it smoothie texture. It's very good! I also heard that it's good for digestion, because it has digestive enzymes in it. I'd definitely go for it!
