Which one is best to take ?

Which Enzyme supplement between this two do guys think is best? I have them both at home and not sure which one will help me more.

It seems to have better amounts of the enzymes in them... plus the first one contains FOS, which *some* people (not everyone) can have problems with (it's a cousin of inulin, one of the hardest soluble fibers for many people to digest).
Mind you, I've never tried either one, I'm just basing my opinion on the ingredients!

If it contains FOS, don't try it! I tried it at the suggestion of a nutritionist, and she didn't believe me when I told her it made my IBS ten times worse! But that's just my personal experience:)
