Is it okay to eat popcorn? I bought one in the Bearitos brand from the health food store. It is microwave popcorn with 1.5 grams of fat per serving, and is organic, no oil and lightly salted. Do you think this will be okay to eat? I haven't eaten popcorn for years and am worried about getting an attack.

I personally can't handle popcorn too well. It's definitely an insoluble fiber so if you're going to try it, eat some soluble fiber first. The fact that it is low fat and not much oil is good. I'd try just a little at first and see how you do.

Popcorn is VERY hard to digest because of the hulls. You'll definitely want to eat it after a good amount of soluble fiber, and only eat a little bit at first.
