Hello to all,
I was doing some cleaning and organising in my kitchen and found some products/supplements that I forgot I bought a while ago. I would like your opinions about them and see if there is something I should be taking to help with my pain and IBS-C.
1.Enzymatic Digested Yeast-Rich supply of B-complex vitamins. 2.Intestine Homeopathic Medicine(sublingually, dissolves in the mouth) 3.Digestive Advantage IBS-Chewable tablets 4.Charcoal caps-Highly adsorbent 5.FiberSmart-Lignan rich flax Fiber,Acidophilus,F.O.S. and L-Glutamine.(from RenewLife) 6.I.B.S. Intestinal Bowel Support-Glutamine,N Acetyl Glucosamine,Gamma Oryzanol and Herbal Blen(Ginger,Cransebill Root,Marigold Flower and Marshmallow) 7.Liquid chlorophyll 8.Whole-Leaf Aloe Vera Drink(Sodium 25mg,Vitamin C 3mg and Calcium 42mg) Other Ingridients:Citric acid,potassium benzoate, and potassium sorbate.
Well, that's are all I found so far...spending too much money so I hope I can at least use some of them. Your info will be greatly appreciated, as always.
Thank you! Blessings, Abi

the fibresmart and the intestinew by renewlife`are both a good idea, if you are not on another fober supplement already. Also probiotics and digestive enzymes should help alot too, i believe the fibersmrt has slippery elm in it and the intstinew has glutam9ne, so both are good for the intestines. Also taking a good multi and fish oil would be the other two things to take to keep you on top of things. My regimen includes: a whole foods multi fish oil capsules acacia fiber l-glutamine Maca digestive enzymes probiotics yep thats a bout it , all day every day since they all need to be spaced out and some taken more than once a day, i just have a little pill case that i carry with me. If you have any questions on what i have written or anything else feel free to ask, i work in a health food store and have quite a bit of experience with supplements and my own ibs of course.
