Soy Delicious Cookies N Cream Ice Cream

I recently bought some Soy Delicious Cookies N Cream Ice Cream. The board's say that this brand is safe. Has anyone else tried this brand/flavor? Is this really IBS safe? If it is that would be amazing because I love Cookies N Cream so much. Let me know if people have experience with these products, thanks.

I've had Soy Delicious vanilla and it was great. Also Purely Decadent (made by soy delicious) in the mint chocolate chip. Both seemed to be really safe and didn't affect me at all.

I believe that they are safe ingredient-wise, but they tend to be a little higher in fat than we are supposed to have.
That being said - I used to eat it all the time and never had a problem as long as I had some SF first and didnt have a HUGE bowl - just a small bowl. I say try it out and see how you do.

I love this flavor and all the other ones. They have never given me any problems. They are a little higher in fat than say vanilla but I don't think the cookies and cream one is as high in fat as chocolate obsession or peanut butter zig zag (both very yummy too!)
