So, I went out to a sushi place last night with this guy that I'm seeing, and I thought, "this is awesome, because everything will be pretty much safe for me and my stomach!" But this was a sushi boat place, and the guy I was with kept grabbing the heaviest rolls that I didn't even know existed...they had eel and avocado on top, and tempura shrimp on the inside! There were also some with the eel on top of a California roll, and the crab meat was totally mayonaissey, and one where the whole roll had been deep fried! Needless to say I've been suffering from it ever since...I haven't been in this much pain since I started Heather's diet. From now on, I'm sticking to the plain veggie rolls with tuna and rice!

Some sushi can really screw ya up. I stick with the plain maki (the small rolls), most of which usually have just one filling in the rice and nori. I can handle the tempura-sweet-potato rolls just fine, but I think it's because everything else I eat is low- or no-fat, so it balances out. You probably just got overloaded with the bad stuff.

Go gentle on your system for a few days, and hope you feel better quickly!
