i have to go on a 2 month regimen of:
vit c & bioflavonoids (1000mg 2xday) zinc picolinate (15mg 1xday) bach rescue remedy (4 drops, 4xday) arnica
i know vitamin c's not great for ibs - any pointers for taking that safely, and any info on the others?
thanks!

Personally, I've never had a problem with even high doses of vitamin C as long as I don't take it on an empty stomach... after breakfast is usually how I do it, when I remember to take some. As for the rest, I don't see anything there that should cause a problem, although I'm not too familiar with the arnica.
The arnica is intriguing me, actually - you're taking that as a supplement? I've only ever seen it in gel form, to be applied topically.
