Acacia in water

Hi,
I've been mixing Acacia in my water I drink between meals. Just wondering if that is okay and a good way to get fiber between meals?

I believe it is an ok way to get fiber. I remember reading something from Heather (I forget if it was in a book or on the website talking about fiber) that she would take some fiber if she wasn't hungry to make sure she won't go without anything in her stomach. Sounds good to me.
