Hi everyone, I have noticed that there are a few people on here that can't tolerate peanutbutter. There is a substitute for it that tastes just like it. It is called No NUts Peanut Butter. It is made from roasted peas. A company in Legal Alberta that makes it and it has won an award for best new product. Here is there web site. www.peabutter.ca Hope that this helps. Gail

lol no nuts peanut butter...that's the crraziest thhing ive ever heard! i am addicted to peanut butter but i dont think it's good for me so this new product sounds like a great idea...i wonder if i'll be able to buy it in the uk??

Katgirl, be careful about how much peanut butter you eat at once. I love the stuff too, but I've found that I just can't have as much in my sarnies as I did pre-IBS.
