My stomach starts to cramp up and I know a bowel movement is coming. Not sure if this is all in my head or if it really is unusual pain. Sometimes they are very painful. I know when I am following a good diet and drinking pleny of water it is less painful. I wouldn't doubt your pain. A good fibre supplement, exercise, and good diet usually helps to alleviate the pain. It is the worst thing ever. It seems so painful at times that it is hard to believe it could be normal. When I get really C and trapped gas it is really bad, with every movement I get terrible cramping and lower abdominal pain. Sorry to be blunt but it feels like you are trying to pass knives right? It is hard not to pass out at times. Although I wish I couldn't understand what you are talking about, I know the feeling all too well. Stay away from those triggers and follow the diet and it will happen alot less frequently!
