Ok, so if this is the wrong forum to post this on, i do apologize and remember better for next time.
But here is my question, I was told that if you push too hard, or if you sit on cold pavement you will get hemroids.Has anyone here every had complications from pushing too hard durring an attack?
I find that after a really nasty attack my back, and my entire front (abs area) feels like I was punched in the stomach or just really stiff and sore, does anyone else ever get that??

Hi;
Yes...I'm sore for more than 24 hours after a bad attack...I think it's just from the severe spasms. I've always thought that hemorrhoids were caused by pushing. I'm a D, so pushing is not a factor...I'm assuming that for C's, there's the same spasm going on it's just not a coordinated movement that 'normal people have.

Being a D, I've never had to do much pushing. But I do get sore after attacks. Like I've just done a hundred sit ups. But I've been stable for so long now that it's been a long while since that has happened.

Yes, I will tell you both my DS (age 10) and I have C and both have them due to pushing. I didn't get mine until my first pregnancy but then I get them every once in a while when I push too hard. My poor DH....I can't believe it's happening for him already.
