how is your stomach suppose to act when taking tummy teas &etc.

I have been taking tummy teas and peppermint softgels and Im wondering how my tummy should feel...will this stuff clean you out before it starts working or what.I need your help please....can we use splenda and if not please tell me why...I went to the store thinking I wouldnt get caught using the rest room , but I spent more time in there then I did in store....joymill

None of the teas should "clean you out" at all! Peppermint is an excellent spasm reducer, although if you have heartburn or GERD it should be avoided. Fennel helps with gas. Ginger helps with nausea. Chamomile is a nice relaxant if you can't handle peppermint.

Splenda, and all fake sugars, are really bad for your stomach. Even my iron-bellied husband has a condition we call "the Splenda farts". Real sugar is actually fairly soothing to the stomach!

If you're having problems with C, you need to follow the IBS diet with sufficient insoluble fiber at every meal plus lots of liquids and exercise.
