When I mixed ginger and peppermint together, the aches and nausea I was experiencing went away! I'm SOOOO happy! Also, for the past six or so months, I've been taking this product called "Herb-Lax" by Shaklee, and it's amazing how well they work! I haven't been constipated for awhile now (even though my digestion is still very sluggish) I still have bowel movement (or the lack of them) problems every now and then, but otherwise, they work like a magic pill for constipation! On top of that, you can take them everyday.
