Low Back Pain

I have been experiencing low back pain, especially on the left side and very gassy. What actually causes this migrating pain??? It moves around all day long. Stays on the left side but sometimes more in lower spine and other times closer to hip. Sometimes it's hard to stand up straight when I get up out of my chair (which I sink into). I'm thinking it feels like sciatica but gassy. How would you know if it's your intestines or your muscles that hurt? What I mean is, how can you tell if it's internal or something more back related. I'm following the diet, although I think soy milk is maybe adding to my stomach problems.
All answers would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much for this wonderful site!!!

Are you a C? That can cause back pain. Also, try sitting up straight in your chair.
