Pages: 1 fibogel??? good or bad???       #254127 - 03/24/06 03:31 AM Edit Reply Quote tam Reged: 02/02/06 Posts: 14 Loc: uk help!!i am really confused, my gp has given me fibogel to try... i keep reading that fibogel isnt a good thing to take particularly if you suffer from bloating, which i do!!! From wat i have read the bad ingreediants are psyllym and inulin, but they dont appear on the list of ingredients anywhere! i dont want to take it if its gonna make me worse as i have only just started feeling better!!! any advice?? That is the whole list of ingredients, i hope you can help!! Never heard of the ispaghula...but the word "husk" usually indicates it's a rough substance.
