well, I've seen most of your "reporting ins" and I don't think they are in in alliance with the Eating For IBS diet. Maybe I'm wrong...but I don't think so.

I guess we will just agree to disagree.

Let me ask 2 things

1) For those of you who got stable, how did you do so, the diet? How long did it take? How likely is it anybody, I, can be stable?

2) When taking a SF, do they pleatue? Is it better to stick with one, or has anybody had it where after awhile, switching from one SF brand to another improves before going back to the same?
I remember when I switched from Citrucell to Benefiber I had complete evacuations for the first time a long time, I was most stable of Benefiber, then foolishly had a cleanse, and now of Benefiber am not stable, I was wondering if the time has come for Acadia.
