What exactly have you had to eat and drink the past few days? Did you by any chance keep a food diary, or remember most of what you ate? It could help shed some light.
Also have you started on any fiber supplement, vitamins, or meds? Kat

I`ve not started any new med but I always have acidopholis (sp?) colfac and leperomide. I have drank water, fennel tea and used soy milk. I have basically eaten rice crispies, bananas, rice, wheat free pasta, wheat free bread, tuna in spring water, chicken, soup (my mum made from sweet potato, carrot and butternut squash)and I also had some blueberries, strawberries and a small piece of dairy and wheat free choc. The only thing I`ve not had before is soy milk...could it be this? Thanks for ur help hugs Jo x

Not sure if you know this already but Imodium will make you bloated and gassy. Soy can also make you gassy until you get used to it. I would try drinking some hot fennel tea throughout the day.

The acidophilus is a probiotic and may cause some gas/bloating initially, but I think this should go away with use. Colfac does have lactose in it, although a very tiny amount, but I'm not sure if that would affect you?
The loperamide is the same as Immodium. I take Immodium AD which has no lactose and has an extra ingredient that helps relieve gas and bloating. Some people also take Beano for gas and bloating.
The foods you're eating look great. Berries tend to be a bit hard to handle for some. The soy milk too might take a bit to get used to. Keep up the diet for a while and see if you notice improvement. A few days is not much time to let your system calm down.
For a comparison, I started off for a few days with only SF foods, then incorporated some veggies and meat (usually one new food per day), and finally soy products (after a few weeks). It does take a while for your stomach to get used to new foods.
I'm interested in the dairy free chocolate you've tried. Is it good? I'm addicted to chocolate and have found it hard to give up..
Keep your spirits up, you're doing good! Kat

I`m so confused I wrote a MASSIVE reply to this with websites for the chocolate but its not here or anywhere else?!? I think it is made in England, the manufacturers are called sweet william but I don`t know the websites name now (I threw the wrapper away)but most health food shops do wheat and dairy free choc!
I have had the medication for 19 months so I don`t think it will be that.
Thanks for your advise. I have stablised again but I don`t think soy is any good for me. I`m going to try rice milk later.
hugs

why don't you eat wheat? Do you eat other gluten containing products like barley, spelt, or oats?
what kind of bread do you use? Do you bake with rice flours?
Sorry so many questions....but I've been battling the wheat dilemma for some time. Eating GF hasn't reduced my symptoms.
